My view on AI
AI doesn't replace the work. It changes the time you spend on the boring parts versus the parts that actually matter.
I don't treat AI as a chatbot I occasionally ask questions. I've built an actual agent system for myself: persistent memory, a voice interface, even hand tracking to move files around on screen. It's not a toy, it's infrastructure I use daily to move faster on real work.
It's brilliant at the boring, repetitive, high-friction stuff: digging through logs, drafting the first pass of something, remembering context I've long forgotten. That's time back for the parts that need actual judgment.
It's confidently wrong more often than people admit. It has no memory unless you build it one, no judgment about what actually matters, and it will cheerfully hand you a plausible-sounding answer that's just false. Anyone selling you "AI does everything now" hasn't shipped anything with it.

The actual face my agent runs, live.
